With more than 350 weddings behind her, Linné Sommer will guide you through the entire planning process, ensuring that nothing is left to chance. Our most important task is to create a safe and seamless setting, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day with your guests.

The first step towards a wedding at Restaurant Arken is to book a complimentary consultation. During this meeting, you will be presented with a wide range of options regarding food, wine, table settings, and much more.

The next step is to confirm your booking by paying a deposit of DKK 4,000.

Afterwards, we will plan the menu, wines, table settings, and all other details together, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged. Your toastmaster will be connected with our wedding coordinator, and together they will plan the schedule for speeches, songs, and other entertainment.

Civil Ceremony in the Glasshouse

If you wish to have a civil wedding ceremony, our Glasshouse is the perfect setting.

The Glasshouse can adapt to the weather. When the sun is shining, the roof and glass walls can be opened, creating the feeling of an outdoor ceremony on the terrace. If the weather is less favourable, you can comfortably and safely hold your ceremony indoors.

The Glasshouse is also ideal for your reception and wedding celebration afterwards.

How It Works

Reception
This is an option while you are having your photos taken.

We take care of your guests and serve snacks, beer, soft drinks, wine, and coffee/tea.

Snacks include nuts, chips, vegetable sticks, and dip – and you are welcome to bring your own wedding cake.

Price: 250 DKK per person
If you would like canapés, these can be added:

3 varieties – 150 DKK per person

5 varieties – 200 DKK per person

The Celebration
Upon arrival, a welcome drink will be served, with refills as needed.

The menu might include, for example, a served starter, a flambé show, and a plated dessert.

Beverages ad libitum: wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, cognac, liqueur, and petit fours.

Open bar: with drinks, shots, etc.

Late-night snack: of your choice.

Price: 1,800 DKK per person

This includes tablecloths, napkins, candles, table settings, floral decorations at the tables. Wine upgrades and a “shots basket” during dinner can also be added.

The wedding package applies from the time you are seated for dinner (between 17:00–18:00) until 02:30. Additional hours can be purchased on the day for 3,500 DKK per started hour.

Yellow stars Highly recommended I visited their annual seafood buffet, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. There was everything you could wish for. The chef was preparing different kinds of fish, and I got to try lots of seafood I had never tasted before. Their oysters were fantastic.
