General Terms & Conditions for Events

There is a minimum of 20 adults for our event packages.

All events at Arken include:

Tablecloths, napkins, candles, flowers, iced water, and service.

We are flexible regarding allergies, vegetarians, vegans, diabetes, etc.

This must simply be communicated during the planning conversation, but no later than 48 hours before the event.

If not communicated in time, an additional 150 DKK per person will be charged for preparing an alternative menu on the day.

The final and binding number of participants must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the event. Should the number fall below 20 adults, billing will still be for 20 adults. Place cards and decorations must be delivered no later than the day before the event.

You are welcome to bring snacks, chocolates, or similar for the coffee service.

Cakes such as wedding or christening cakes are also welcome to be brought in.

Depending on the size and type of event, an additional fee may apply.

Please note: all lunch events must end no later than 17:30 (this also applies if the event begins at 13:00 or later, meaning not all 5 hours of the package are used).
